1. How long have you been in business?	1. Did you know that over 50% of Small Businesses are GONE within 1 year. Did you know that over 95% of Small Businesses are GONE within 5 years! This information is from the Small Business Administration (http://www.sba.gov). CompuDirect is now in its 34th year of operation!!! That's not a combined 34 years amongst everyone that works at CompuDirect - the company has been in business since 1982!
2. Are you a corporation?	2. Yes, a South Carolina-registered Corp. Sole proprietors and partnerships haven't made the commitment for long term existence. What happens when a sole proprietor is no longer available? Where does that leave you?
3. What computer certifications do you currently hold?	3. Practically everything that's available - We're A+ Certified, a Microsoft certified, a Microsoft OEM, and we're certified to sale and service most any device -- see below!
4. What is your Dun and Bradstreet rating?	5. We hold one of the highest ratings: 1A1. If your computer company can't pay its bills what do you think they'll do to you?
5. A member of the Better Business Bureau?	6. Yes and we have been for years. You should NOT consider any company that is not a member of the BBB!
6. A member of the Chamber of Commerce?	7. We were for years but they are not good at supporting any local business unless that business is tourist-related. Being a member of the local Myrtle Beach area Chamber of Commerce is a waste of money!
7. Are you willing to provide references?	8. Absolutely, but be prepared for a very, very large list!
8. Do you warranty your new computers for longer than 1 year?	9. NO! And for good reason. No competent computer center that plans to be in business for the long haul can afford to do so. Even the biggest mail-order houses are getting away from this because it can not be done and still stay in business! One of the main reasons so many computer companies go out of business is that they can not provide the warranty and support that people need! CompuDirect can and does provide that support! We do offer optional extended warranties for those wanting them.
